iChancy Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the iChancy platform – whether through the website at ichancy.bio, the mobile app or any other official iChancy channel – you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform in any way.

These terms apply to all registered account holders and to anyone browsing the platform without an account. iChancy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

iChancy is an online entertainment platform providing casino games, sports betting and related services. The platform is intended solely for recreational entertainment. It is not a financial service, investment product or source of income.

2 Account Registration

To use iChancy's real-money services – including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, sports betting and VIP programme participation – you must register a verified account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use iChancy. Age verification is required during registration and before any withdrawal is processed. iChancy will request identity documentation to confirm your age.
• One account per player: Each person may hold only one active iChancy account. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names or through other means – is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: All personal details provided during registration must be accurate and up to date, including your full name, date of birth and payment details. iChancy may require document verification at any point. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. iChancy will never ask for your password through any support channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Pakistan-based players: iChancy's platform and payment options are configured for players based in Pakistan, with all transactions handled in PKR.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on iChancy are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Raast instant bank transfer
• Standard bank transfer
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed in your account dashboard

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your iChancy account balance promptly upon confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in your account before you initiate a transaction. iChancy does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during normal operating hours. Standard accounts can expect same-day processing for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time displayed in your account. VIP account holders receive expedited processing as described in Section 6. Withdrawals are only released to payment methods registered and verified in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

iChancy reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts or accounts flagged for security review. This process is in place to protect account holders.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

iChancy offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins and VIP-tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Playthrough requirements: Every bonus carries a playthrough requirement that specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The exact multiplier is stated on the bonus offer page and in your account's active bonus section.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to playthrough requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino, table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate, as stated on the individual bonus terms. Sports betting contributions vary by market and odds.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active in your account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active will forfeit the previous bonus and its associated playthrough progress.
• Expiry: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account automatically.
• Abuse: iChancy monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear playthrough without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be suspended.

iChancy reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted an active bonus will retain that bonus under the terms at the time of acceptance.

5 Betting and Game Rules

iChancy offers sports betting across cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ICC tournaments, football, esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

• Bet settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant match or event. For cricket markets, this includes PSL matches, bilateral series and international tournaments. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted by the system.
• Voided bets: Bets may be voided if a match is abandoned, cancelled or if a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed. In such cases the stake is returned to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each betting market displays the minimum and maximum stake allowed. These limits may vary by sport, market type and account tier.
• Casino game fairness: All RNG-based casino games – including slots, virtual Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat – operate on certified random number generation systems. Live casino games are streamed in real time with professional dealers and are subject to the rules of each specific game variant as displayed at the table.
• Disconnection during play: iChancy is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet connection or device. If a disconnection occurs during a live casino round or sports in-play bet, the result will be settled based on the system state at the time of disconnection. Contact support if you believe a disconnection has affected your balance incorrectly.
• Suspicious activity: iChancy reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns or coordinated abuse is detected.

6 VIP Programme

The iChancy VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP tier is determined by cumulative wagering activity within the qualifying period, as outlined in the VIP programme details available on the VIP page.

• Tier benefits: Each tier unlocks specific benefits including weekly cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, monthly bonuses and – at Platinum and Diamond level – a dedicated account manager. Full benefit details are listed on the VIP page.
• Tier maintenance: VIP tier is assessed on a rolling basis. Failure to maintain the minimum wagering activity required for your current tier during the assessment period may result in a tier adjustment at the next review point. You will be notified before any downgrade takes effect.
• VIP points: VIP points accumulate from real-money wagering across all game categories and sports markets. Points do not accumulate from bonus-funded bets. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• Diamond tier: Diamond tier members receive immediate withdrawal processing, personalised monthly bonus offers and priority support. Diamond status is by invitation and is subject to sustained activity at the qualifying level.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Suspension and Termination

iChancy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or unverifiable identity information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotions
• Irregular betting patterns or suspected collusion
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Account holder confirmed to be under 18 years of age

In cases of account suspension, iChancy will communicate the reason to the account holder where it is safe and appropriate to do so. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in a suspended account will be reviewed and returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to the outcome of any investigation. Accounts suspended for confirmed fraud or terms abuse will have all balances forfeited.

You may close your own iChancy account at any time by contacting support through live chat. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method before the account is closed.

9 Privacy and Data

iChancy collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available in full on the Privacy Policy page. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

iChancy uses your data to verify your identity, process payments, manage your account, personalise your experience and detect fraud or abuse. Your data is not sold to third parties. Payment data is handled through secure, encrypted channels.

10 Amendments to These Terms

iChancy may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes that affect player rights or financial terms, iChancy will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders through in-platform notifications or email.
